Pre Jordan
Pre Jordan classes are held on the first Thursday of each month. This class is required for all parents who wish to have their child baptized at St. Paul. We ask that both parents attend this class together. Godparents are also encouraged and welcome to come. The one time class begins at 7:00 pm and usually lasts an hour. There is a 20 minute video and hand outs, explaining Baptism as a sacrament, the importance of selecting the child’s Godparents, and going over the Church’s rules and regulations regarding Baptism. Questions and answers are welcomed!! Couples are strongly encouraged to attend Pre Jordan BEFORE the birth of the child.
Baptisms are celebrated during Mass usually the first 2 weekends of the month. A family MUST be registered and actively living their faith at St. Paul for six (6) months to assure faith will be shared with the new born child.
